ALBUM ART DESIGN

This is an album cover that I designed for signer songwriter Steven Sproat. The images in the balloons are doodles that his daughter drew when she was young. The childlike quality was intended 🙂

This is the second album that I was a part of helping to create! Begin Again was recorded live in 2016 and released in 2017. It's an album full of really powerful songs.
For the design aspect we went with the concept of a clean break with the past and a fresh start! We got a massive piece of material and gathered words from our church family which represent what Jesus has freed them from in their lives and then we wrote them down. After it was full we pulled some masking tape away to reveal a great clean break with all that negativity! I took the main picture perched precariously on top of a step ladder!

This is an album that I helped create with my church back in 2014. Myself and on elf the worship leader, Joe Blake, went on an adventure to Three Cliffs Bay in Wales to take the pictures which formed the basis of the artwork for the album. We were hoping for a really sunny day but instead it was so wet and gloomy that my camera had to be repaired afterwards! However, we managed to get some great shots which tell a story of a journey of faith. Crossing lines in the sand and journeying onto the next challenges!

This is an album design that I did for "Courageous" which is the upcoming EP by Bean Baker Band which will eventually be part of a complete album. We decided to go with something clean and modern but also bold, strong and defiant!
